OUR STORY

Welcome

I am Enid Moore; my family and I bought the 1000 Islands Cruet from Tom and Cindy Novobilski in November of 2022. I had been a long- term employee of “The Cruet”, up until 2020. I am so pleased to be given the opportunity to carry on the spirit of hospitality, service, quality and knowledge, on which “The Cruet” has built their reputation, to you the customer and local community. Thank you for being an active participant in keeping us as a staple in the community.

Our History and Our Foundation: Tom and Cindy Novobilski

Tom and Cindy were the proud owners of the 1000 Islands Cruet, a gourmet olive oil and vinegar tasting room, located at 226 James St., Clayton, NY. They were first introduced to these amazing products while visiting their daughter in North Carolina. They were so impressed by the concept that they set out to learn more. Tom and Cindy are proud to have brought this exciting culinary delight to Clayton and the 1000 Islands Region, by bringing their business into the heart of the retail district in April of 2014.
