The highest quality white balsamic.  Natural fermentation as a result of blending white grape must with less than 10% Italian barrel aged white wine vinegar both made from Albana, Trebbiano and Montuni grapes which grow in the region of Modena, Italy.  It is then placed into new white oak barrels for maturation and aging to an amazing 1.28 density with 4% acidity.  This is a healthful living product” not heat pasteurized to destroy the healthful pro-biotic associated with consuming artisan fermented vinegar.

Balsamic condimento is naturally flavored with floral, sweet, black currant in this rich, unique balsamic vinegar.  This sweet and sharply astringent flavor adds a wonderful dimension to vinaigrettes, a marinade or glaze for lamb, duck and poultry.  Our naturally flavored balsamic is aged in the traditional Solera Method and comes from Modena, Italy.

Aged Traditional Style Dark Balsamic Vinegar

The finest grade of aged balsamic condimento is produced in the traditional style.  It is aged using the Solera System for up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels.  With a 4% acidity, it is rich in sweet flavor and is much thicker than your usual balsamic.  It can be drizzled over salad, tomatoes, cheese or even ice cream.  Use in stews, on grilled meats and chicken or fish to bring out the intrinsic.  It is especially delicious on strawberries and fresh fruit.

This organic red wine vinegar has an acidity of 6%. It is blended from the finest Italian red wines, Lambrusco and Trebbiano, both of which are made from the highest quality grape varieties grown in Italy. It's then aged slowly for more than ten years in white Italian oak barrels, without added sulfites, producing a full-bodied vinegar with exceptional flavor. The wine is converted to vinegar using a slow, natural fermentation. The finished product is a premium, natural, barrel-aged vinegar with a robust flavor.
